Thankful for the caring and knowledgeable staff at Crosspointe! Dr. Watson is amazing; I am glad to have her as my dogs' vet. One of my dogs was in need of emergency care and Dr. Watson was quick to jump into action to catch the dangerous symptoms. She has been going out of her way to keep posted on my dog's progress and I couldn't be more grateful. I recently switched to Crosspointe from a friend's recommendation and I'm blown away by the care and love everyone at this hospital has shown my babies. I'd been going to a vet in annandale for 9 years prior to switching over. I regret not coming to Crosspointe sooner. Everyone I have talked to and interacted with Crosspointe has been so kind and gentle with my dogs; you can tell the staff truly loves animals and takes care of your pets like they're their own.

Normally good service. However, made reservations to board our pet 2-3 weeks ago (early Nov) for a trip over the Dec Holidays. Even though we’d made reservations (and they were accepted) in advance, Crosspointe Animal Hospital called to tell us they could no longer accommodate our pet for a portion of the original reservation. This has caused us to have to find an alternate boarding facility on short notice. Wanted others to be aware in case it would help looking for other options.

I have only used Crosspointe Animal Hospital for Veterinary reasons, I have not used boarding. The staff here is absolutely amazing. Their response to Covid-19 is amazing. Whether you call, text, or email they are extremely prompt in their response. My dog never wants to leave and even whines will driving away. The team here really takes care of your dog and always have great suggestions to any of my million questions. I have Dr. Watson as my Vet and she is absolutely amazing, patient, and really cares. This hospital is out of my way, I moved recently and refuse to transfer animal hospitals. Great Job to all of you!

Crosspointe has been hands down the best vet we have ever been to. They got our dog in super fast once they learned she had a very large ear hematoma and was uncomfortable. They gave us clear and affordable options and have checked on her throughout her recovery. Everyone through the process has been nothing but kind. Highly recommend!!

Have experienced several other vet offices and this one by far is the best of the best. Amazing receptionists, techs, and veterinarians. They are priced competitively and never force services you don't need. They even genuinely call you to follow up on your pets health. Two thumbs up!
