In short - poor management and communication on their end cost us 600/yr We had insurance arranged by L&F (They're just brokers). Our carrier informed L&F who then (mis)communicated to us that there were some issues which needed to be addressed prior to renewal. The L&F reps were impossible to get a response from on clarifying questions, and provided both incomplete and inaccurate information. They did not provide us with the full list of defects to repair and did not give us the correct window we had to do so. As a result, the insurance we had previously for our primary house, two rental properties, and auto - was non-renewed. The new policies we were able to get are now from three different companies at a 600/yr increase in cost. After voicing our displeasure at the situation (politely and succinctly), it has become even harder to get anyone to respond. We're going on two weeks with no response from either agent we've been dealing with. 1/10. Would not recommend.

This office had available agents when I walked in with no appointment. They were friendly, professional and followed up with additional information that I needed. The office itself is modern and re-designed and feels bright and inviting. I would recommend using them for any question you may have on listings you've seen in the area or to start your home search.
