Had some shoe soles repaired for a bargain price and they even added a new coat of shoe wax without me asking, so my shoes looked in even better repair than expected when collected. Reasonably priced and durable shoe sole replacement here also. Very happy with the service.

Not only did they repair my Birkenstock moccasins that a well known high street outlet said was impossible and just handed them back to me, I took a lock in and asked for keys to be cut for it. This was done promptly as were the shoes. A small family run business that does what it says on the tin, at a more than reasonable price. Thank You.
I’ve taken two leather bags here for repair in the last couple of weeks and they did a great job. Affordable and quick.
Quick service , but then so is Bishopston Hardware . Keys are extremely expensive , even with the apparent “discount” I found it was almost 3x the price of Bishopston hardware. So in my eyes it’s over priced. Had the same keys cut a week before at Bishopston hardware for 5.60 when at Express shoes it cost me 15. I’m all for supporting small businesses but this was a rip off. Advise to make prices comparable , the Gloucester Road is a tight community, look after them they look after you. I will say I still got what I was after and in a speedy time too. But expensive. I would use again if prices where made reasonable or in a serious rush.
What service! Took a pair of boots with a broken zip on Monday afternoon and was told it needed a new part and would be ready Wed PM - cost 5. Turned up today and the gentleman said he had fixed it without the part and there was no charge. Thank you very much.
