Ordered a particular guitar for our sons 30th birthday, we knew it was out of stock but due to arrive in a couple of weeks. I had to make an appointment which was very sensible because of the virus pandemic. I found the staff very helpful. I was given as much time as I wanted to make a choice of one guitar from three that I had shortlisted from Internet research. They were able to answer my questions and made some adjustments on the guitar of my choice. Excellent service and a pleasant hour or so in the shop making my choice easier. Thank you for all of your help.
