Rubbish customer service. Sorry to say I won’t be going back. They offered free prawn crackers on order over 30. I spent 34 and when I called up to say they failed to deliver the cheapest thing on the menu they asked me to pay another delivery charge or collect them myself. Not a big deal really but you can get much better service at this price elsewhere. Go somewhere else. Save your time and money. UPDATE: The food was tepid and tasted average. The shredded duck was a crumbled mess and served with 1/3 cup of plum sauce. The satay was flavourless and it was all quite overpriced. Discovered they have a 3/5 food hygiene rating in 2020 and a 1/5 food hygiene rating in 2018.

Shockingly bad. The worst I've had in Exeter. The salt and pepper ribs were covered in table salt and the rice I counted 3 prawns. Covered in oil. Trust me you don't wanna eat here.

O my God, this was the best! Food arrived when they said it would and the driver was lovely. Food was hot and delicious, we think the best Chinese we have had in years. Well done New Orient, wish we had tried you years ago

When u order duck in plum sauce and this turns up so u phone up and say this is duck with pineapple . So u take it back and they won't change it then they refused a refund and were so freaking rude Won't ever go back there And when a asked if that was there duck in plum in pic they said yes so i asked where the pineapple they didn't know what to say
