Our Wedding day celebrations Michelle and Philip just wanted to say; Our thanks to Paul and all at the Jack for making our special day memorable, with such superb food which we and all our guests truly appreciated. Despite having to work around all the new restrictions enforced upon us you/we were able to have a wonderful wedding day. You have never disappointed us. Staff and service were as always wonderful. This is the best pub restaurant I have ever visited. Menu is varied and the food i had was excellent. Staff are helpful and efficient. Good bar with local Otter beer as well as a selection of wines and spirits. We were lucky to get a booking as online and by phone they fill up quickly. This is worth a trip and is only just off the A30.

Lovely Sunday lunch menu. Had monkfish (pic attached) and chicken. Came with such a lovely, and large array of vegetables and potatoes. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was beautifully presented, and really delivered on flavour. Can't wait to return!

Had a fabulous meal at the Jack In The Green. From the complimentary bread and appetiser to the most amazing rice pudding! Every course was a taste sensation. Fabulous wine to compliment the food & the staff were really attentive & friendly, in a totally covid-safe environment. It was an absolute treat. Thank you
