Kind and responsive service from this local family firm. Put other larger firms to shame in terms of price, customer service and response time. Careful and thoughtful while on-site and conducted work in a covid-safe way at all times. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and I highly recommend them to anyone with any glazing needs.

This will be the 5th time we have done business with Exeter window repairs, this time to fit a new bay window! The guys where very careful and covered all the carpets with dust sheets so as not to leave foot prints. When asked what time they would be finished they gave an est time and it was done within that time frame, they cleared away all of the rubbish and even washed their own mugs! We will more than happy to use them again, thanks for doing a great job!
Andy quickly replaced the hinges to our upstairs window and stopped the draughts. As a bonus he adjusted my back door and its lock without extra charge. Good service in a bitingly cold week, also to have an office phone number where there is a very quick response.

Fitter arrived with a bad attitude, had to be asked to remove dirty work boots and when asked to wear a mask, due to covid, he refused to do the job. When I phoned up the office to resolve the matter I got through to Michelle who told me he didnt do anything wrong which is no suprise as the website states they are husband and wife. She also told me I would have to go cold which was nice! Cowboys, avoid at all cost.
