Jayne has been an enormous help in training Hector, our 7 month old puppy. He is a big boy who we rescued. Unfortunately after a few weeks of him settling in, he began to show several behavioral problems. Namely he,d had little or no socialization. He became very aggressive to other dogs and people. It became very stressful taking him out for a walk. So much so that we were having to go places where there was no likelihood of coming across any other dogs or people. Which is as we've found out, quite difficult. Jayne is very experienced and soon taught us the right techniques to use when out walking him. A few weeks on and he is a completely different dog. No barking now at other dogs or people . We can now choose where to walk him without any further behavior issues. Teignmouth seafront and Exeter quay were big milestones that Hector passed with flying colours. A remarkable transformation from where we were a few weeks ago. A huge thank you to Jayne. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anybody who has dog behaviour problems. Andy and Chris

I cannot thank Jayne enough for her help with Martha. On the whole Martha is very obedient but put a squirrel, any form of water or another dog's ball in the mix and all her manners go out of the window. Jayne solved these issues after one session and gave us a training plan to practice. She has also shown me how to teach Martha to find hidden objects which she absolutely loves. The result is I'm so much more confident as I now have the tools to control Martha in all situations that previously would have caused chaos. Martha is happier too as she has much more freedom on walks, she is also being mentally stimulated with the new games. And to know that Jayne is on the phone anytime for help is such a bonus. Thank you! Lizzie

Having a son with additional needs it was really important to us that Grady, our new Springer Spaniel, integrated well into family life. From our very first meeting Jayne has been extremely supportive of this. The initial session where she went through everything we needed to know as new puppy owners was really useful. As Grady is quite a spirited Spaniel who likes to exert his independence, we have really appreciated Jayne’s follow-up help and support to overcome some of the obstacles we have encountered along the way. Thanks to her great obedience and recall techniques we can now go for a family walk in the park with Grady off the lead – something I am not sure would ever have been possible without her help. She has a way with dogs that is amazing to see and I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends or family. The only downside is that we are pretty sure that Grady prefers her to us! Thank you for all your help! Dan & Sinead

Jayne has been amazing at helping myself and my husband with our puppy Gigi. She is our first dog and we were doing our best but struggling with excessive barking and poor listening from her. Although a small dog, we were very aware of small dog reputation and did not want her to grow up to be aggressive or seen that way. Jayne helped us with new strategies, which with hard work and consistency are working really well and Gigi is turning into a lovely little dog who loves people and dogs. Jayne’s ongoing support has helped build our confidence as dog owners. Can’t thank you enough. Sasha & Joel Reed

My partner and I have a 10 month old German short haired pointer. He’s great and means no harm but he quite simply rules the nest (or at least he did). He’s also a bit “much” with other dogs, not aggressive, but full on. He has to say hello to every dog and then chases them around with what he calls “playing”. Jayne came to our house where she observed Albert’s behaviour on entry and for the rest of the visit. We discussed his behaviour review and explained some of the problems we have experienced with him. We went through some theory to begin with to understand why we experience some of these behaviours but also to give us some insight into how to approach certain scenarios. Within 1 day, Albert was a different dog. He was obedient, showed respect and his boisterous behaviours were suppressed. Don’t get me wrong, he slips in and out of them on occasion but Jayne has given us the tools to go away with to address when necessary. Our second walk was at a playing field with plenty of other dogs and distractions (our worse nightmare) and Albert was quite simply amazing. Jayne has literally transformed our lives, we feel confident with our dog and enjoy taking him out on walks. Jayne is worth every single penny.
