I was very impressed as the communication before and on the day. Keeping us all safe. As it was our first time leaving the pup with a stranger, Shaun put me at ease. I would highly recommend them if taking your new pup there for the first time. He came away very happy and smelling lovely.

I cannot fault the quality and service provided by Sean. Booking is easy. Thankfully for me I get an email reminder before the appointment as a prompt. Then further communication regarding any updated information. With Covid they have been fantastic in keeping clients informed and when allowed to open the process has been extremely Covid secure. My dog isn't overly keen to go but after Sean has made a fuss he goes in confidently and comes out looking amazing. Happy to highly recommend this service.

Our french bulldog Tupac had his first full pamper day with A1K9 yesterday He had his ears cleaned a wash and blow dry and his nails clipped ! he came back happy and smelling delightful ! I highly recommend this company for A1 service for your pooch ! Thank you so much for our pups pamper. Will definitely use the service again

Absolutely Delighted! I took my Boys to Sean for him to give them a trim and a tidy up (they looked like two rogue orangutans... not like Chihuahuas at all). They are a little nervous and not a massive fan of people, but Sean was fantastic and made sure my boys were well and truly relaxed before I left. They were both finished right on time and to an amazing professional standard. I cannot rate highly enough and great value for money. We have used a couple of Dog Groomers around Exeter but A1 K9 is by far the best. Thank you so so much, Sergio and Teddy will be back soon for another cut.

Really really lovely people! I only go for nail clippings but they always make time to squeeze me in, really gental with my nervous chihuahua. Just fantasic service! Would recommend to everyone!
