Horrible customer service. This company was scheduled to complete window and building washing at our complex, but failed to show on scheduled dates of July 24, 2019 and 25, 2019 after using a method of cleaning on our siding on July 23, 2019 that caused staining. They then informed us that they would complete the job from July 26, 2019 to July 28, 2019, but left site at 3:30 pm on July 26, 2019. The supervisor of the division, Darcy, then texted our property manager on July 27, 2019 and told her that Ever-Clear would not be returning until July 29, 2019 because \they have other jobs to do\. The general manager, Rob Ledene was on vacation and not responding to emails from our property manager and Darcy did not answer calls from our property manager after his text. As such, our board of directors was forced to relieve Ever-Clear of their service mid-contract (effective July 29, 2019). At the very least, they returned to fix the staining that they caused, but this far from made up for the complete lack of customer service and adequate planning. I suggest looking elsewhere for your building and window washing requirements.

Got a summer job before college and a week before I started school they left me working by myself on a 30 floor building and switched out my gear with bad equipment and tryed to hurt me ! And followed up with a horable work reference for no reason. This is a dangerous company and very unprofessional with coworkers. The owners son even showed up at my house unannounced demanding for me to come to work and I was in school, he tried to start a fight with me at my front door.

First impression was that they reached out beyond their own needs , I think because it was within their means. So i think if they can help you, they will. :)
