It started with Xmed giving us a run around about how much we would be billed for my CPAP machine. After 1 month they finally let me talk to the back office and they were able to help me. When I picked up the gear they did a good job of showing me how to use the gear however when we selected the mask they told me that I could not try anything on due to Covid so I would have to pick without trying on. I went with a Nose pillow. I tried it on for a minute connected to the machine and it seemed ok. After my first night at home my nose hurt badly and I took it off. The second night it hurt badly when I put it on and I lasted about 3 hours before I had to take it off. The third night I lasted an hour. After the 3rd day we called Xmed and they told me I had to wear it for 10 days before I could exchange it. The woman on the other end said that there were 3 sizes of pillows in the bag and to try the bigger one but there was not. She agreed to mail me a bigger size and would put it in the mail that day. After 3 days we did not have it so we called again and they then told us it was not mailed and that they would need to send it from Tennessee and it would take 10 more days. I am 7 days later and still do not ha ve it, I plan to return the unit next week. Run from this place. 2/1 Thanks for the reply. I still don't have my masks and am unable to use the unit.

The CPAP tech Blessing was the best. She was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeble. I have been a CPAP user for years but she shared valuble information I have never before received. In addition the most critical element was the fitting of the mask. I have had issues with my prior selection of masks and she showed me several different styles. I was able to select a different style of nasal pillows with a top of the head connector. By far the most stable and most comfortable I have ever worn. With some minor adjustments it will serve me for years to come. Thanks Blessing!!!
The product i had to go get is good, however; when a person is released from a medical facility the equipment should have been delivered prior to release or available from the location the person is being released from. Especially since you billed my insurance and received my payment from my insurance. And your policy of \we don't deliver\ is extremely inconvenient for a person who is in a recovering state. So overall the experience was annoying. But the product was good quality.
Jessica was very helpful when she called while I was still in the hospital. Delivery was in the approximate time it was expected. Great experience overall. I would recommend this company to others.
