this company is one the most trust worthy and honest to the customers. I was very impressed with the service we received from them and were very reasonable with price. I found the booking process easy and professional. We had a lovely, professional driver, who was friendly and helpful. Can't recommend them highly enough. Please avoid this business as completely unprofessional and dishonest. Booked a group pickup (for over 25 people) with clear instructions on pick-up and drop off for two different dates. On return of the group, company rep falsely claimed that drop-off location was not agreed despite clear instructions showing this was communicated . In short , he demanded extra payment and lied outright about this. Don’t normally write reviews but this service was so bad that I will strongly advise people to avoid this company and even a score of 0/5 is too generous. Not worth dealing with at all Customer service - 0/5 Honesty - 0/5 Listening/communication - 0/5 Professionalism - 0/5
Used on the 15th February for wedding guests all the guests were delighted with the minibuses and the drivers. On time as requested friendly service. Booking with Essex Minibuses was excellent and straight forward. I would recommend to all my friends and family.
