Good place for Nissan maintenance. Hard to find time slot, overbooked. Expensive on some services, do not work on weekends. Limited open time on working days as well

Very unprofessional, sold a broken car and acted like they did not and refused to accept responsibility. We even drove back to their office and told them that it is not a problem, we can stay in a hotel and wait while they check the car since we didn’t want to travel 700km back with a broken car. They claimed the car is perfectly safe and there wouldn’t be a problem, of course the car broke down after 300km. After contacting them back they kept saying that they do not know us as customers, after that we attached the receipt, of course the story changed and they started to shift the blame onto us. Also trying to speak to them in English they kept insisting that we delete the comments and refused to provide adequate customer care! 0/10, never do business with them!
Very unprofessional! They do not answer to customer complaints and they have jeopardised our lives with deliberate negligence. Be very careful if you are dealing with this company and check everything twice! Their Style - prefer to be polite and not to comment ;)
Unfortunately other than the time we bought our car there we have had mainly disappointing experiences here. Other Renault/ Dacia dealers in the next cities over have had better and nicer service, quicker appointments and lower prices along with fixing things under the warranty when it had been refused here.
