We ordered from here Xmas eve at 5.29 just for 2 of us We were advised delivery time of 6.40 By 7.10 and no sign of food and a new delivery time of 8.30 being shown on the app I tried to cancel online only to be told only half money would be refunded if we cancelled, as our food was already being prepared so we decided to wait. Well, the food eventually came at 9.22 (no wonder it wasnt nice if it WAS prepared then) some 4 Hours (less 7 mins) after we ordered it, without so much as an apology from the driver. The food was mediocre and tasted like it had been microwaved. Between 8.30 and 9.22 I tried ringing the restaurant 16 times and got engaged signal all the time. Just Eat asked if we felt we should be refunded and i said yes but next morning had a text saying no refund. I would NEVER use Beijing City again!

AVOID! Food didn't even arrive I ordered it at 19.45 and said it would be delivered at 21.00 and then 23.10!! FOOD NEVER SHOWED UP AND THEN HAD A CHEEK TO SEND ME A MESSAGE THE NEXT DAY REFUSING ME A REFUND!! I PAID 32 FOR FOOD I DID NOT GET!!! AVOID THEY ARE THIEFS!

It's the first Chinese takeaway we tried when we moved to the area and we've never had a reason to try elsewhere. The food is always nice and the staff are always friendly.
