Tried to get a phone appointment for my 74 year old mother, i was told i have to go on line to make an appointment via this new system they have, after taking 10 mins to fill in the on line form it said to call 111 or visit an urgent care centre ( nothing to do with covid) so rang them again to be told they would not book her a phone appointmet with the doctor & to call 111 which she did, the 111 lady was appaled at this & had to call the surgery to get her an over the phone appointment. Doctor was very nice & helpful, There has been a problem at this sergury for years getting through on the phone or making an appointment, I'm not a doctor but i diagnose everyone there suffering from lazyitis !!!!

If I could put zero stars I would. Patronising receptionist who goes off a script. Who blames the patient for not requesting their pain medication after they've had a car accident, surgery and lost their father. Zero patient care, would not recommend this surgery due to the receptionist.

One of the best surgeries around. Profession, polite and caring. Been with this surgery all my life seen Doctors come and go. This Dr , practice nurse , nurse and rest of the staff are the best.

There was a lack of empathy and willingness to actually support us. I was at maximim 5 minutes late, my daughter was refused by the nurse. At a time where public health is at risk, my 3 month old daughter has to wait 3 weeks before she can get her final set of vaccinations. There are many medical studies which proof that child who get late immunisations are more prone to disease. I will be making a formal complaint because not receiving her vaccines on time has put at great risk.
