I took my Mini Cooper to Enigma Audio as my car stereo stopped working. Sometimes going to car garages as a woman I can feel a little daunting as I know nothing about cars but they explained to me what needed doing and fixed while I wanted. I'd say a 5 star service for sure. A lot cheaper than 2 other garages I had got quotes from too so that's always a bonus! I'll be back and recommending Enigma Audio to everyone I know!

Amazing customer service from Sylwester and the whole team at enigma. I called them up and they were very friendly and easy to talk to; they talked me through the different witness camera options for my 2 series. After having discussions I decided to go for the Thinkware u1000 camera. All the work was carried out on time and to a very high standard!
Was looking for a professional to do stereo / speakers upgrade, as well as sound deadening in an old Porsche. Obviously checked different forums and there was unanimous praise for Sylvester at Enigma. Went there to Perivale (a bit tricky to find it at first) to meet Sylvester and explain what I wanted. He understood the brief perfectly, booked the job, and some weeks later (he’s a busy chap), he got it done. I’ve to say that the car has been transformed, and brought to 21st century levels of comfort. Now, rather than shouting over wind / road noise and engine sound, me and the missus can have very pleasant conversations, while enjoying some classical music in the background. The sound of the engine is still there, which is very important, but it is no longer overbearing. In long drives a quiet cabin is, to me at least, a must have and particularly important to not get unnecessarily tired. Sylvester’s attention to detail is second to none and he made extra sure I was completely satisfied with the job. Just couldn’t recommend / praise highly enough.
Enigma fixed my reversing camera in my Discovery very good job and service definately recomend it.
