Completely unprofessional workers. I passed a very slow moving (like 1 mile an hour) truck laying cones because I had to make a turn onto the neighborhood street they were blocking. Not sure where they wanted me to turn but they proceeded to honk at me, flip me off, yell curse words at me and throw up their arms like they wanted to fight me. Really nice.
