End of August, rainy and muddy, a bit expensive, but absolutely amazing crop! Due to Coronavirus very few people. Visitors get only 2 hour visiting slots, which is ok and understandable. Lovely sweet plums, strawberries, raspberries, amazing sweetcorn, french beans, cherry tomatoes, onions, crogettes (zucchini) etc. Very recommended activity for the whole family. Easy social distancing and lots of space. In wet weather one needs proper wellies! So much mud got stuck to my shoes near french beans and sweetcorn, that footwear was coming off my feet Brought home more mud then fruit and veg. But to be honest farm has a nice hand washing facility at the entry/exit point with soap, and one can easily wash wellies there too. You need to book your 2 hour timeslot in advance, but same day booking is possible and website is easy to navigate. Entry fee is 4 per person and includes several kilos of crop( as far as I understand), but somehow I always, always need to pay extra. This time at the till I needed to pay extra 17 I don't like that its unpredictable how much you need to pay at the end, but it's all part of the adventurous experience️. When buying the produce, customer needs to wear a face mask at the checkout and only cards are accepted. Overall a very positive experience. I would recommend wearing waterproof things and going now, August/September!

Spontaneous trip to this specific location was one which turned into both an enjoyable day and a great work out. The fields are huge and even with not all the crops being ready to pick there is pretty much everything you would want to find in a fruit or vegetable patch. There are Blackcurrant, Raspberries, Cherry Tomatoes, Courgettes and many more. There is also a whole patch for Onions and Butter Nut Squash so there is everything one would want to find. Just be prepared for a lot of waking and some up hill as well. There are trolleys bags and baskets so make sure you collect one before you head out into the fields.

Fun and friendly place. A lovely place to go to with the family and kids. A lot of variety of fruits and vegetables for you to pick from and the price is very reasonable. I really had a good and fun time here

One of the best PYO farms I've ever visited. Lots of delicious fresh produce, easily available to pick, well spaced, good choice and reasonable prices. Parking is good if you get there before 10:30am but it gets much busier later on. There are limited facilities for hand washing near the shop but social distancing is very easy in the acres of fields away from the shop.

The wife booked here as somewhere to take the kids and get us all out of the house. I think it's safe to say we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was a good chance for our daughter to see how the fruits actually grow and teach her which ones are ripe for picking. Entry is 4 per person (adults and children) but this is given back to you as a voucher which is taken off your total at the end when you pay for what you've picked. Different things are in season at different times so might be worth checking what's available appeals to you at the time when you book. We got strawberries, raspberries, courgette, spinach and French beans and we're more than happy with what we picked. So much so that my daughter decided she wanted the beans for dinner tonight, so guess I know what I'm cooking. If you're looking for something different to do then I would definitely recommend this place. Pretty easy to get to, on site parking and all in all a great day out.
