Van hire made simple! I have used Empire a few times over the last few months, all I can say is I would highly recommend them. Friendly and professional advice offered from start to finish, every van I hired was in excellent condition and given at VERY competitive prices. Will definitely be using you guys again! I currently run a fleet of about 50 vans on hire from Empire and can highly recommend. The service is always spot on and they are always there to help and advise when needed. Great company and great service.
There was a van shortage throughout the entire country. Empire rushed to help me find a van. After a little mis-communication, the director personally called me and apologised and then made amends. A week later I was given the type of van I was looking for. Gynn from the Birmingham branch walked me through the vehicle. Explaining everything about it perfectly. It couldn't have been a better experience. We will see in the future, if they can maintain these high standards if things go wrong with the vehicle. Companies are quick enough to take your money. It's when they have it and they have to pay out and help you, is when it counts.

Called these guys for a van for my brother for courier work, they was all up for selling me they had Van's available but only small ones due to the time of year? Send all documents required to then swiftly. And then the ignorance and excuses came, gave all documents and they said nothing for a hour. So I what's apped them and asked for a update, got told there system was down and when did we need it for (despite already conforming this) then ignored again. And again have text once more and read the message and completely ignored it. So to wrap up, there unprofessional very unclear on what they do as a business and very not upfront. If you can't offer a service to someone for what ever reason, don't beat round the bush and be honest on what you can offer a customer! Just to add to this review I phoned in the new year lmao what a joke even more so. They operate as a business *apparently* called on saturday 4th of january they said they had no Van's what so ever for hire? I mean a hire company with no Van's and none expected back? Why are you open and running as a business if you have nothing to offer? What a complete waste of a business these guys are. Avoid as much as you can guys and girls these people are cowboys at best!
