My son and I were treated to such kindness, generosity and professionalism... On discovering my son was about to visit Zimbabwe for the first time, the Ambassador took time to take him on a tour of the embassy and assure him that Zimbabwe House is Home away from home. I have a very happy little boy who feels very eager to embrace his Nationality and Heritage. Kindness really goes a long way. The waiting room could be more comfortable but the staff at the Embassy ensure that you arrive as a stranger and leave as a friend of Zimbabwe.

There was a nice lady who helped me. I spent just about 30min there. I really wasn't expecting much from the embassy to be honest. We all know about the zim embassy's reputation. If you want to do a passport application bring: 1. Long birth certificate copy 2. Zim id copy 3. Passport copy of the back 4. 65 cash or postal order Dont waste time emailing or calling etc Noone will reply you i was in there and laughed hearing phones ring. Ohya. In case you dont manage to get copies done, make sure you've got 10p or 20p coins coz there's a printer in there that takes 10p for each copy. Copies can be in black or white. They don't really care as long as its visible. One other thing. Before you leave home to go there, make sure the day isn't a zim holiday. They wont write anything on the website. I dont stay in London so I spent a lot of money coming to the embassy to see an A4 paper stuck on the door. Trust me. You don't want to deal with that. I attached a picture with prices for some of the services you can get from the Zim Embassy.
Queues were very slow, people not respecting the queuing system as we all had appointments, the staff could have told us to take photos from I.D place instead of wasting time outside waiting endlessly with no information, and told people to bring photo copies if they didn't have, organisation was very poor with no communication. Next time I expect these applications for passport, driving license, etc to be digitized as it's easier and prevents fraud etc, I understand theres never Electricity in Zimbabwe but we pay a lot of money for permanently poor services! 3 hours just to get a passport from is pathetic!
Terrible. Can’t contact because number is out of service and it closes at 12.30?! 3 and half hours of operating time, no wonder you don’t get anything done.
Early 20th. Century Grade II Listed building attributed to Charles Holden but it’s the exterior ‘damaged’ human sculptures by Jacob Epstein that still garner comment and are worth seeking out. Initially the sculptures occasioned public outrage and controversy. Later ‘mutilations’ the subject of apocryphal accounts.
