I didn't get answers to my questions ! ,(( Because I can get it in the check the site ! )) Is that normal if I can get to your site I wouldn't call ,as they are saying we can't tell that ,if German embassy can't give me information about the visa who can !!

I am severely disappointed in the service of this embassy, i went there to ask about information only to be stopped by security, told that i couldn't go inside for whatever reason, and i was told that all information should be found online, i went to the website only to find it completely useless since it can't be viewed in english (WHAT KIND OF GERMAN EMBASSY DOESN'T HAVE ENGLISH LANGUAGE?!) , the personel are rude and are very lazy, i came expecting to get some information , but i was only met with despicable people.

Very disappointed! The employees of the visa center and extremely rude and helpless. The security process from the ground floor and 22nd floor is very slow so they delayed me 3 minutes which is why the service staff WAS YELLING AT ME because what she told “I AM GONNA BE LATE FOR LUNCH”. Crazy and unacceptable! Window number 1. Would rather come back to the United States and open the visa there, that way I won’t be judged by an ordinary secretary who can not even provide any information because she was yelling at me for 15 minutes of my 20 minutes appointment. Go to lunch now and relax, because you are very tired and stressed there sitting there for 5 minutes. Shame!

На письма немцев отвечают сразу. Украинцев игнорируют. Типа второй сорт людей? Когда приглашающая сторона из Германии писала- получали ответ в течении пару часов. На вопрос по состоянию моей визы информацию не предоставили, мол это личная информация. А как я узнаю эту личную информацию если все мои письма игнорируются а про возможность дозвониться я вообще молчу...

Работают немцы быстро, все вовремя. Единственное неудобство, если с ребёнком, нечем его занять, если ждёшь документы два часа. Могли бы хоть телефоны разрешать проносить с собой. Или какой-то зал уютнее и теплее сделать.
