I’ve loved being a part of this community. They are so committed to help you achieve your goals that it makes the process a lot easier.This program is made up of 3 components: exercise, nutrition and accountability. Each workout is designed specifically for you to challenge yourself and improve as you go. The nutrition portion is very helpful as they guide you and give you very easy recipes to follow throughout your plan. Last but not least, the accountability portion helps you stay focus and holds you accountable for all of your workouts. Being part of this community has been super helpful for me and it keeps me motivated!
