I have had a long history with addiction issues in my life. Following the time after my detox period I decided to sign up for the classes offered at behavioral services center to further gain control of my life. I happened to lose my insurance during the duration of my scheduled classes; however the wonderful staff there guided my through the whole process and offered me a very accommodating payment plan. Additionally the classes offered were amazing in terms of allowing me to finally feel whole again. Overall Behavioral services center is an amazing establishment that really does put their patients first in terms of their wellbeing and success. As long as you stick to the schedule and the payment plan agreement BSC will do the rest in order to ensure you become what you want to be!

After all of my classes were complete I called every day for 2 weeks to get my discharge paperwork. 24 hours before my court date they were trying to tell me that I still owe 300 even though I have a receipt that says paid in full. I had to leave work early to get home and find the recipt which in turn made me lose money at work (again). On my hour drive to my house the price went from 300 to 180 to 139. I showed them the receipt in Eugene's handwriting and they said they had adman errors and that it was incorrect and I still needed to pay 139. Even though I had a recipt that said I paid in full that I recieved from Eugene (the owner who also told me he tries to retain clients aka fail them to keep them paying) at intake after showing up 3 times for intake before and nobody being there again losing more money at work. They are completely unorganized. Not having your file on hand is COMMON. Not being considerate of peoples time is COMMON. All they want is your money. They dont even have the classes for 3 hours it's about 2 and they let you go after watching a documentary and talking about how your day was. They stuff you in a moldy small room with 20 other people. Go somewhere else. It's not worth the stress and money lost to go here. After 35 phone calls and inaccurate emails I got my paper work 12 hours before my final court date. Nobody has anything together at this place. Happy to never go back
