We located a used Cadillac XT5 on Miller Brothers website so I called and talked to James Holt the salesman. He was very nice and accommodating with making a test drive appointment. Before my appointment, I was able to complete their online form to get pre-approved for financing which saves time at the dealership. We bought the Cadillac we liked and got a great deal. There was no long back and forth haggling on the price and James made the entire process very easy. Chuck in financing was also very nice, along with all other employees that we saw at the dealership. We had a great experience with this dealership and I will happily share my experience with everyone and encourage all to go to Miller Brothers for their next car purchase.

3 people have tested positive at this location and they have refused to close/clean/wait for the rest of the results. As of now, there are a bunch of mechanics working in peoples cars who are probably positive.

Brought our Escalade in for emission inspection. The service consultant said I needed rear brakes. The price quoted was about 700. I picked it up & paid, after the job was done and while driving home, the brakes completely failed! I am glad I didn't die. I had to tow it back and they said it wasn't their fault and that I needed new brake lines for almost 4000 more!! I contacted the owner and said I was very dissatisfied and he said he could go no lower than 3200 to replace the brake lines. I found an HONEST mechanic to replace the brake lines for 800. This place was a nightmare.
