I couldn't speak more highly of this place. I came in for breakfast and was welcomed very friendly by all staff. Choosing what to order was very difficult as there are so many delicious choices. I finally decided on The Israeli breakfast which was absolutely amazing. 10 out of 10. The service was very professional and attentive. My expectations were very well exceeded by the staff at Shuk, Elizabeth bay. They really do go out their way to make sure my breakfast experience was perfect. Ps. If your a coffee person, this is defiantly the place to start your day. The decoration on top of my cappuccino brought a big smile to my face.

Delish, fresh and traditional Middle eastern food. Great service!

The service was shocking. I’ve been here many times before. The staff on Monday were very rude and ignored me for 10 mins. Purposely avoiding eye contact. One of the baristas pointed me to a table after that, and asked if I had checked in. I had and told her that and she insisted that I bring it up again to prove it to her. There was no table service and the coffee my friend ordered took 15 mins. We had to chase them up about it (difficult when people avoid speaking to customers) they did not apologise for the wait. Very disappointing experience.

The food and smoothies were amazing, the shashuka was top notch and falafel was seriously the best I've had, plus it's dog friendly outside.

The food is amazing, but the service is terrible and the staff are rude and unwelcoming. The Bondi store is a lot more fun to visit.

Went here the other day because i normally go to the cafe across the road Lot 19, but they were shut over christmas. Coffee is okay. More expensive than across the road. Got a toasted ham and cheese croissant that had clearly only been toasted for about 20 secs. The service was dreadful - rude staff, got a very disgruntled look when i asked for croissant to be toasted, even though the cafe was next to empty. And then they didn’t seem to deliver that very well either. The cafe doesn’t seem to offer much visually either, food and drink were average and the bad service didn’t help. Will just wait for Lot 19 to open back up.
