Normally I would give a Five Star rating just because of how amazing the Doctors are at this office and their staff minus one person under the name of Crystal. I completely understand that it’s frustrating to be put under pressure especially when you have about 30 to almost 60 patients to deal with in a day over the phone since no one is allowed into the lobby. But it is so unprofessional when this individual (Crystal) gets upset because a card is not going through for some reason or because I want to personally speak with the doctor. She is utterly rude and has bad etiquette with patients, her poor behavior has really turned me down to return to this office again and I will no longer recommend to others. I truly hope that her employers realize this soon because I’m not the only one who has struggled with this individual.

The customer service is their number one priority and is top notch! Price of their service surpasses the love they give to your precious babies!

Took my Buddy (schnauzer) because he was not feeling well and while waiting to be seen he started to have a seizure and I called to tell them and within 2 minutes a tech came to my car and took him inside to be seen by the vet. Thank you Dr. Klein and staff for being so compassionate and promptly seeing my Buddy. Also thank you for the card signed by the staff it really meant a lot that you took time to remember my Buddy.

Parking is horrible. But the Vet and her staff is great. Got my dog healed up and feeling better. After taking her to another vet 3 times to solve her issues. Thank you! Desert East
