Horrible experience doing business with them. They quote a lesser price to attract customers but then half way they ask you to pay more to finish the work. We asked Carpet right to lay laminates for us, they promised to finish the work in a day. Not only did they NOT finish the work, they could not put back a door they took out(we had to pay 100 euros to fix that). They had no idea how to do the transition from one room to the other and how to deal with the bathroom. The freelancer they outsourced the job to was nice and very diligent but it is the person who came from the company to do the inspection did a pretty bad job and we had to pay for it. DO NOT go for them. Wish we had gone with other stores in that area.

Website geeft optie voor thuis afspraak, maar bij telefonisch contact was al snel duidelijk dat dit zeer onwenselijk is. Meedenken met de klant is er niet bij. Voelde me bijna bezwaard. - Gelukkig zojuist toch een thuis afspraak kunnen maken. Fijn dat het nu zo kan. Telefonisch contact nu ook als prettig ervaren.

Gordijnen besteld. Indicatie was 5 weken levertijd. Na 8 weken nog geen reactie en op mijn mails wordt ook niet meer gereageerd. Inmiddels wel geleverd en het zijn prachtige gordijnen. Alleen jammer van de levertijd en gebrekkige communicatie.
