I not only phoned last minute to ask if they were open, but they offered to fix my jacket's zipper immediately as I got there! 5 minutes later I had my winter jacket with a perfectly working zipper and it cost so little! Amazing service every time and such lovely hospitality! The place to go to definitely.

Stitches backed a rug with loops so I could hang it on the wall and they did an excellent job. The end result was great, it was done really quickly, the price was half of what I was expecting and they even helped me out to the car with it when I picked it up! Couldn't recommend enough.

I've been going here for years always do a good job but that's the last time for me. The guy who you greets you is terrible. So rude. He could not have been more disinterested if he tried. That's twice he has been off with me and that's me done. So rude! So sad in the current situation, to be like this. Aww well, there are other places to go try.
