We had a great meal here. The Mexican burger and mac n cheese wrap were great, especially the jam in the Mac n cheese wrap. The chips were nice and crunchy outside but soft inside. The staff was really nice. And the price is surprisingly low for the quality and location.

Great food with a good variety and plenty of specials! The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and the place had a lovely atmosphere. The interior feels like a cross between a cafe and bar making it perfect for any occasion.
First and foremost, I can tell you - with no doubt in my heart - THIS IS A CAFE. Don't let a government stooge tell you otherwise. I stopped in for a bite during The Great Lockdown of 2020, and it was a great experience. The food was amazing, the coffee was perfect, and the whole staff engaged this lonely traveler in fun, pleasant conversation. I went out of my way to go back the next day, and I highly recommend you drop in and do the same when in Edinburgh.
Great spot for lunch. The burgers were big and tasty, staff were friendly and the venue has a nice feel to it, well decorated. The milkshakes looked amazing too, will get one next time!
