Excellent service. Been with this bank for 6/7 years now never a problem. Had a couple transactions come of my bank I didn’t know what they were. On phone call had it all sorted in 10 minutes full refund woman on the phone couldn’t have been any nicer and polite and was very very helpful.

at Morningside branch the staff are friendly, polite and very helpful
There is a very rude advisor that works in this branch. It is a female with dark hair. I had a bad experience with this person and was going to complain to the manager but didn't get a chance as I was in a rush. I am now thinking of changing bank as this person has really put me off this bank. Please avoid this place if you are looking for a good customer experience.
Really friendly and helpful staff
Always try there best when you deal with nearly most employees but I know it’s A hard job for them all that bothers me is taking certain people from the back of the que instead of asking those whoever has waited longer as long as they can assist you then fist person who’s meant to be next should still be next.
