I really liked this gym, but the way they handled the membership dues during COvID is just not professional at all. I was charged my monthly dues in April when gym was apparently closed' I was told I would not be refunded money, however was offered credit (credit for what and how can I possibly use the credit?) I froze my account and now November I still have not stepped foot in the gym and my bank gets hit again for a monthly fee. I've reached out to management via phone calls and email and have not received a response to either one. I will be requesting a full refund but seriously doubt they are going to approve.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and liars! They'll tell you anything in the phone to get you to come in then they'll either change it or have their poorly trained \secretaries\ feign complete ignorance. Just spoke to an Alex at front desk...she basically took no ownership as an employee..told me to come back. I talked to Angel last evening and was told I could get a 7 day trial pass....but of course he either lied or the Alex girl is clueless. Don't waste your time here!
I love this place. Kind and professionals employees. I enjoy all the classes at Edinburg Gold Gym.
Facility is small. The staff need training in soft skills. Lack of communication about rules and regulations. I wouldn’t recommend this gym. So many other options around the valley.
