I have had the worst customer service experience imaginable from this company - namely with Managing Director Stephen Williams. I am looking forward to leaving reviews on all their social media channels to ensure no one has to endure this firm. I ordered an outside feather flag around the New Year and it arrived a few weeks later. The flag flew for a few days before the pole burst through the seam. I contacted the company and didn't hear anything for a few days. After repeated attempts to contact someone at the company, I finally got in touch with Stephen Williams. He looked at the photos I attached of the damaged flag and immediately came to the conclusion that the flag had been exposed to repeated friction against a wall. His basic conclusion was that it was my fault and nothing to do with him. The flag had only flown for a few days and was situated in the middle of a pavement. But Stephen knew best with his super powers for detecting non existent wall friction. I was never once offered an apology, a replacement or a refund. Only when I resorted to seeking legal advice did Stephen ask to see the flag for inspection - whatever good that would do. So I'm currently lodging small claims proceedings. It's not even the faulty product that annoyed me, it's this company's blatant disregard for customer concerns that convinced me to take this to court. Based on these reviews, my experience has proven to be the norm with this company. Avoid them at all costs.
