Nice selections. Well laid out. Friendly staff though a little lite on numbers. Didn't have much in the way of great running shoes, more fashion.

I've always had a great experience at Dick's in Easton. Everyone has always went out of their way to help me when ever I've needed. Keep up the good work.

My husband and I love Dick's Sporting Goods. We've come there for many things, yet our last experience was FAR from great. I bought my husband two shirts for his birthday. I paid 50 for these two shirts, and I was excited to give these to my husband. Unfortunately, the shirts were too small. We came back the very next day, and the cashier, Hanna, was NOT pleased about it. We weren't asking for money back; only to swap the shirts out for another size. When replacing our shirts Hanna wouldn't make eye contact, or respond to our friendly small talk. She doesn't have to respond to small talk, but if you're in the customer service industry it's nice to recognize the peron/people in front of you. We spoke to her a few times and she blatently ignored us. She made it clear that we were on intruding on her social time because before we walked up to the counter she was laughing and joking with her co-worker. Being snotty and ignoring your customers doesn't make them feel welcome; in fact I felt awful for bothering her and asking her to do her job. Some people are built to interact with other people, and some aren't. Hanna is not a person who wants to deal with other people. That's disappointing, as a consumer, when you're spending your hard earned money at a local, ( eliable\), shop.
