Sometimes you'll love it, and sometimes you'll hate it. It really depends on the department and you'll find that some seem to care way more than others. If you have an appointment, be prepared to arrive early, get stuck in a long parking line, be greeted by someone with an attitude, then finally be seen up to an hour late for your appointment... Plan for that, and if it's better you can leave pleasantly surprised :)

My 90 year old Uncle was there. The care was terrible. I guess that's how they treat their older veterans!!!!! Very disappointed in the care he received!!!!
