Terrible customer service!!!! The girls here are rude and expect you to speak Spanish otherwise they are incapable of communicating and give you an attitude. What if I did not speak another language? Outdoor seating, which is fine and expected in the pandemic, but the enclosure was taped and falling apart so I asked nicely if it could be fixed to keep the heat in and they said it could not (which was absurd since it was only tape). I then asked if we could move to another table once someone was done and they said yes; later that evening that appeared to no longer be an option. I sat for over fifteen minutes before I had to physically get up and ask to be serviced. When I was serviced, I received the wrong drinks - twice, and later once the food was served, the server was spilling my food on the table! Totally incompetent. I asked to be moved again once someone got up and all of a sudden they said they could fix the enclosure with a serious attitude. I asked why they couldn’t do that from the beginning and I couldn’t be answered. I also STILL hadn’t gotten my correct drink after having received my appetizer and food which was cold! Steak was dry, food was under-seasoned. Horrible experience with this place and people. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. I’ve been to many Colombian restaurants and do not recommend this one whatsoever based on the disgusting service I received today. If I could give no stars, I would. These women are snobby and rude if you are not up their a**es. Ew.

Went for Halloween night. Called to make sure if reservations had for be made, which we were told no. When arriving there there seems to be a long line that begins to form, so it took awhile before we were seated. It was pretty packed so it while for us to even get our food, and all we ordered were appetizers so it was weird that it even took as long as it did. We did outdoor dining and the way they arranged it was pretty cute. Only one heater there, was cold wished they had more! The drinks and food over all were pretty good!
Food was great, drinks were great. Been wanting to go to this place because of how good their drinks look. The appetizers were amazing, only thing that i didn’t like was that the rice wasn’t that good. The service was great can’t complain about that.

After being seated we were asked for our drink order right away we had to ask for more time twice, not sure exactly why they were rushing, they didn’t even give us a chance to look at the menu. Not sure if it was just because it was Valentines weekend but we were served our food after about an hour of waiting but it took about an hour and 15 minutes before our drinks came to our table. You are reading this correctly we received our food before we even received our drinks, the bar definitely needs more staff that was ridiculous. Surprisingly it wasn’t that packed we stood in line for an hour only because we wanted to specifically be seated in an igloo, we could’ve been seated earlier but we wanted to sit in the igloo, not indoors or at one of their outdoor tables. The food was amazing! The seafood rice was extremely flavorful and my fiancé enjoyed his grilled chicken breast, rice, beans and plantain‘s. The love martini was not sweet but it was OK, the sangrita con champagña drink was really good. TIPS: 1. There is only one English-speaking waitress 2. They only have white rice 3. You can be seated indoors, outdoor seating or in an outdoor igloo. (Each igloo had a heater inside) (They have about 6 igloos with a table that fit about 6 people) 4. The drinks Come in quite a large glass they could be shared by two people
