Best Asian cuisine Ive had in the north east. Authentic and top quality. Cool interior/ambience, and the staff are excellent also. The Vic across the street is great for a drink before or after too.

The Rabbit Hole was an absolute delight and we are so glad we went! The ambience was quirky and luxurious with three levels all intricately designed with different themes - the first floor is the dim sum and casual eats level, followed by two floors of the 'speakeasy' where dinner is served. The food was SPOT on and I wish we had time to go eat here again this trip! Highly recommend for a nicer sit down restaurant.

Food excellent. Nervous at first due to coronavirus but made welcome and liked after well. Good size portions.

A quirky place with excellent food. The place gives you the feel of a rabbit hole (entry through a small door which leads to the bar and then goes deeper into the dining area). The food as well as the quality of ingredients were excellent (we tried the seafood, bass, prawn etc). In short, real gem of a place. Note: They are opening a tea room shortly on the same property.

Superb dim sum and freshly prepared noodles and rice dishes in a stylish setting. The menu is not huge but what is on offer is carefully and skillfully prepared. The backroom bar and eating area's furnishings have an aura of Shanghai in the 1930s - turquoise velvet, tassels and dark wood. There is a less sumptuous but still stylish area, to eat and chat in, at the front of the restaurant as you enter. Delicious steamed prawn dumplings and Szechuan wontons in a savoury broth. Good selection of drinks. The Pu Erh was a perfect accompaniment to dim sum and my companion sipped coconut milk. Fair selection of wines, beers and spirits. Staff were charming and attentive. Despite the opulent surroundings the food is good value. Excellent!
