Took our new pup to Cornwallis because it close to our house and had great reviews. We are so glad that we did! I called to make an appointment and the service was professional and warm. Even with their COVID safety precautions, they made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The vet was kind and knowledgeable and gladly answered all of our questions. They gave us the services we needed for a great price and did not try to tack on more expenses. Thank y'all for being our new vet!

The very best care that you could possibly give to your pet! I've been to Cornwallis Road Animal Hospital twice now with my cat Happy and would really never go anywhere else if I could. Every member of their team truly cares about your pet and is always incredibly helpful and kind. Dr. Jeffers and Dr. Edwards were both so gentle while handling Happy and very thorough with her exams. They are always willing to go the extra mile and spend time to address any (even very minor) concerns that I have about her health. I am so grateful for the amount of care that they put into looking after my baby kitty! We're really so lucky that we found Cornwallis Road Animal Hospital!!

The folks at Cornwallis Rd Animal Hospital truly care about animals. Dr. Jeffers has gone out of his way to make room for a pup that needed to be seen. He performed a surgery at cost for a foster dog to allow the rescue to afford it. Tara and the rest of the vet techs are so knowledgeable and kind. I recommend this practice to all of my adopters and take all of my more challenging fosters here.

I have a fairly new adopted hound who was showing some possibly quite concerning symptoms. I left a message w the practice I have been using about 4 years, which seems often to be understaffed up front and maybe w techs. So I called Cornwallis, which a friend has used for years, and they found two possible appointments or offered a drop off and work in. Had great communication with the vet and the techs from first contact through follow up to our appointment. Turns out my pup has an infection, and I'm glad she got seen promptly. In transferring my records to Cornwallis and using them from now on.

Best vet in Durham. I wholeheartedly trust that Cornwallis will have the best interest in myself and my pet above their bottom line. If you're new in the area or already have a vet, come here immediately - you're going to receive quality vet services at an affordable price. And yes, I have checked various surrounding vets in the Durham area to compare. My dog is currently enrolled in their wellness program that pays for itself. Not only that, but my pup has gone through a highly involved surgical procedure, and he's doing so much better now. I trust this vet so much! At the end of the day, my dog is always happy after leaving his appointments and that's what makes everything worth it! Come here!
