Great place to dine with your family or enjoy a romantic meal. The staff are very friendly, the meals are delicious and vibe is awesome. My favorites: Starter: Prawns, calamari or jalapeno poppers Main: Tbone Steak, the Juicy Lucy Burger, mutton burger or the succulent pork ribs. Side Items: Chips, Pumpkin Pudding, Spinach or Baked Potato. Dessert: Pavlova, Malva Pudding or Cheesecake.

The service is TOPS, you will not find service like that anywhere else, as well as the food (STEAK ) was to die for, the best snail started ive ever had, and the prawn started was finger licking good. The Staff is very friendly. Highly recommended. I'll be back JOOPS
Im at a loss for words about this fantastic restaurant. If you are a steak lover as we are, don't hesitate to visit Joops. The best steak i have eaten in a long time. Served with the finest sides, all prepared according to your requirements. Definitely will be going back.

On the 17th November 2020 we visited Joops for our Son's 3 month Birthday. What great food , and even better service! The restaurant is run buy 1 waitress on her own and we received the best service in Durban to date. The owner Roslyn went out of her way to make sure every detail was covered and we were looked after with so much attention. Well done, and keep up the good work...
Joop's place has been around for a long time in Durban and is a firm favourite with a lot of locals. Joop makes some of the best tasting pan fried steaks you will ever encounter. I personally love the pepper steak which you can see in the pics attached to this review. I wish you a great dining experience at Joop's
