Route 19 drivers are polite and friendly
like
Regular dangerous behaviour from a few drivers ruining it for the many polite ones. Drivers not lowering bus to allow pram off safely. Drivers not stopping at bus stops. Drivers ignoring customers trying to get off and driving away causing children to hurt themselves. Emails ignored, left number with manager and told I'd be called back and hasn't happened (picture proof I was given a day I would be called). If I could use another service I would, there is no excuse for rudeness, a simple apology is all it takes.
Very efficient service!
Have emailed the CEO of stagecoach as you get nowhere with dunfermline depot disabled folk deserve to be treated better and not put off the bus and left stranded because the chip does not work on the bus pass, drivers should be better trained and show more compassion!!!!!
