We brought our bike there as we needed just a few arrangements for our bike (arrange seat height and lubricate the chain). It took 30 seconds to the person at reception to do everything. Total cost 20. I don't know if it's because we were speaking Italian that this person made us pay such price for 2 spray and 5 twists with a key. The least would have been to specify us the price first, or give us a chance to find cheaper options (i.e. sell us the lubricant on it's own).

10 days on the NC500 with e-bikes from EBS We rented 2 e-bikes to cycle from Ullapool to Helmdale. We did not find another company closer to Ullapoo/Invernessl that would rent us bikes for 10 days!!! The Service was excellent and so were the bikes. We handed them back one day later because we encountered problems with ScotRailway. We could not make reservations on the trains on the last booked day and had to travel a day later. EBS understood our problem and was very customer oriented. Thanks again! The bikes were in excellent condition. We cycled 3 times more than 40 miles and the batteries still werent empty. Ok, we were quite cautious and used most of the time the ECO support, but still. The bike were very reliable, we never hade the smallest problem. The NC500 is a fantastic journey, especially the west and north coast. I would not recommend the east cost which is not as stunningly beautiful as the westcoast and there is much more traffic. Travelling by e-bike is the most perfect way to discover a country/region. Just try!

Fantastic experience! We arrived middle of the day and they were so friendly and looked after us. We went the wrong side first and by the time we walked around the other side had already prepared two bikes to near perfect seat height for us. Incredible. I massively recommend using this company if you’re staying in Dundee. We went over the Tay bridge and did the fife coastal route to tentsmuir nature reserve. Beautiful coastline and beautiful forests!

Just want to say a huge thank you to John and the team for fixing my little girls bike - I wasn't sure if the bike was going to be able to be repaired but the expertise and knowledge from the team managed to repair this to like brand new in such a quick time frame...first class service all round! ️

I rented an electric bike to tour St Andrews while my husband played golf. They delivered it to my hotel And picked it up later that evening. Dawn and Jack were friendly and helpful. The Gazelle bike was excellent. It is the best way to spend a day it St Andrews and the most fun you can have on 2 wheels! I will definitely rent again the next time I visit.
