I would like to start by saying my service advisor (Greg Hall ) was polite and knowledgeable, the The staff were also polite & would ask me if I was OK and if there’s anything that I need it. The service here is great it’s what I look for in a dealership, I drove down here from New York to visit my sister here in Georgia & had a check engine light go off & I have first pick a different BMW dealership and read the reviews they were horrible so I checked to see if Penske had a dealership down here & they did. I received the same kind of service I would have if I were in New York the same kind of courtesy & respect. That’s the kind of service you can’t put money on. Thanks again guys. & thank again to my Service advisor Greg hall.

For the most part a little rough around the edges. However over all good but could be better. Used sales department is very good though always check up on me. Service department definitely needs more competitive prices & a little more customer service. If u have a CPO or new car the service is better & they will give u loaner.
