The service provided by Dubai visa people has exceeded my expectations and it could not have been better, they have literally sorted my visa with an ease. *Do not use this service* *Warning: Rude, Unprofessional and Careless* I contacted this service a month early for a trip to Dubai in Aug 2018. After paying the 149 fee, I emailed them every week and sometimes twice a week to check the status of my application. I was told that everything thing was going according to plan and I was to receive the visa a few days before my trip. Three Days to my trip I got an email from them saying that they wont be able to send in application for my visa because of restrictions based on my age. 1. These restrictions were not new and they were not prudent enough to check the rules before accepting my application 2. After the fact, I had to cancel flight ticket, hotel reservations and several other reservations made for tourist activities, which came at a huge financial loss to me 3. Although they had not actually sent in a visa application for me, I was only offered 50% refund of the money I paid to this company. 4. They were extremely rude via email and phone calls showing no remorse for the effect this whole situation had caused me. I've attached some emails that were sent to me. 5. Till this day I haven't received any refund or even a simple apology. So disappointing.
