Such a superb and professional service. As I live in London, selling a property in Driffield during a pandemic was never going to be easy, however Ullyotts endeavoured to smooth the difficult path for me and did all sorts of additional tasks far beyond their usual remit, whilst all the time remaining cheerful and friendly. They seemed to genuinely want to help which was invaluable as I was unable to visit the property due to lockdown. However, I felt reassured that it was left in safe and capable hands. Recently sold our home through Ullyotts Driffield branch. Martin gave some excellent advice, the ladies, especially Isobel & Vicky always answered our queries and \held our hand\ through the difficulties of the Covid lock down, quickly getting us viewers and a sale. We signed up to the fixed fee for our sale, and they really earned every penny. We also found a rental through the same office, and we secured the tenancy quickly due to Ullyotts staff being highly professional and felt that they were really trying to genuinely help us.
