Amazing service from John, as ever. It took him less than 5 minutes to fix my mad printer (which gets upset every other time Windows does an update) - all done remotely and he even threw in some Linktree tips while we were chatting! It's so easy to book an appointment as well via the website. I highly recommmend John and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have an HP Pavilion laptop I purchased in July 2018. Yesterday it started having problems where the desktop kept blacking out and reloading every five seconds in an endless five second loop. It was terrible and made it so I could barely access anything on my computer due to me having to select the icons/programs, etc and have them load within five seconds before the whole desktop would black out and reload. I work remotely as a writer, so I need my personal laptop for work. It was through my job that I came in contact with John (He's the IT man for the business I work for). John instantly went to working helping me through my Workplace chat app I have for my job. I gave him remote access to my computer and watched him work his \magic\. He helped me figure out the problem of my computer, which was a corrupted profile. Once he figured that out, he copied data from the corrupted file over to a new one, making it so I did not lose any of my files. He even made sure I didn't lose my web browser bookmarks! John went above and beyond to fix all the problems relating to the endless five second loop. All the while, he explained to me what he was doing through the workplace chat app. I really appreciated all of his simple explanations since I know little about computers. Whenever he needed me to sign in or anything, he let me know through the chat app. You should choose \Dr. James Jones\ for all your IT needs. Your laptop/technology will be in safe hands. John Jones will do whatever he can to fix the problems you are experiencing (no matter how long it takes). You will not be disappointed with his exceptional service!
Dr Jones is a computer wonder Doctor and an amazing guy! He has saved my PC and laptop a few times now and has given me excellent software and cloud advise. I highly recommend The Doctor during any IT crisis!
I was having major problems submitting my VAT return for Making Tax Digital, it seems that HMRC dosent cater for MAC users and thinks the whole world runs Windows. Not only did John from Dr Jones find the right Office software for my MAC version but he was also on hand to guide me through all the steps I needed to open and run Excel, find the correct ICON and get my return submitted. A 5-star service all-round and I'm immensely grateful. Without Dr Jones, I don't know what I'd have done. Thanks guys, you rock!
