Very good, and neatly maintaining trains as well as stations. One small suggestion if you accept: some entertaining displays looks nice because 45 min travel. And if possible the price is not affordable to low powerty public.

Location of metro station is a gud thought. Maintenance was good. Parking also available. Dmart beside the station makes this station more demand. Station was clean. Evening time it's fully crowded with people. Industrial area is near to the station.

Service and security was good no cue for waiting time saving and efficient way of travelling, during this pandemic the way metro had managed to prevent the pandemic , the staff in this metro is especially very helpful they managed everything so efficiently and the way they speak to the passengers, was so good the ticket issuer too was very patient person thanks hyderabd thanks metro
