I wouldn’t even give one star!!! This was the worst ultrasound experience I’ve ever had! I did not get not one image! They blamed it on my fluid and baby not cooperating but the front desk lady stated they had to reschedule everyone that day except one due to babies “not cooperating”. When in fact it’s because they have ultrasound techs who don’t know what they are doing!!! And they won’t give me money back. This was after I waited over 30 min after my appointment time. I went to a different baby ultrasound office not even 8 hours later and got the best images. And they stated like all my other ultrasounds that my fluid was beyond phenomenal. So I will never recommend this place! Everything was horrible don’t waste your money or time with these careless people who are only out to steal your money with booking people with techs who have absolutely no idea what they are doing! My claim of what the receptionist said is not false she told me herself and said all the patients that their babies didn’t cooperate that day were coming on Tuesday to redo! She stated I quote “Tuesday is going to be my day that’s full of only redos” and laughed. And I might add that the tech wasn’t engaging at all she said all but 3 words to us while her mask was under her nose.

This is an updated review as when my husband and I went last week the tech was not able to get the Gender as a the baby's legs were crossed. When went in today the lady at the front desk asked me to eat something sweet and to do some jumping jacks or walk around to help the baby move to hopefully get a successful ultrasound this time around. We had a great experience last week, but an even better experience this week as we were able to get the gender. The recheck went great! What I thought was going to be a quick session was actually a very detailed session that lasted just as long as our first ultrasound. The tech, Misty was amazing. She is so sweet and made us feel very comfortable the whole time. She explained what things were and where they were on the ultrasound, which gave me confidence that she really knew what she was doing. She even let us see baby in 3D! We didn't want to know the gender and she made sure to show us the baby without revealing the gender. After our session we were given the a sealed envelope. We unfortunately were not able to buy any photos this time because it would have spoiled the surprise of the gender. But this was explained to us and we didn't mind cause we had amazing photos and a video from our appointment last week. Now we'll wait for our gender reveal party. Thank you so much baby's first images for allowing my husband and I to experience these ultrasounds together even during covid!

My husband and I received a warm welcome upon arrival. The receptionist was very thorough and nice. When we went back for the ultrasound, the imaging specialist was very nice as well. Because of Covid, this was my husband's first time being able to see his son besides the ultrasound pics I bring home from prenatal appointments. It was great to see him enjoying it and asking questions. The specialist was very engaging as she was aware this was my husband's first time. She captured some great images and a great video of our soon to be son. It was definitely an enjoyable experience. I have already recommended them to two friends that are currently pregnant and plan to do so with any other expecting moms I come across.

We absolutely loved the Douglasville location! This was a fantastic experience. We came in on the wrong day they were able to move our schedule to that same day for us. Baby wasn’t being nice so we did the re sir fee for 25. The ultrasound tech was so sweet both times and even remembered us the second time! She was able to get baby to move and show us that he is a boy! We are already planning our 3D scan. Thank you Baby’s First

The staff at the Douglasville location was outstanding! They were very kind and friendly. The receptionist took her time to explain which package I chose and the details of such, and the ultrasound tech was friendly and was able to catch some great images of our new baby boy!
