Easy to book an appointment with the vet that I wanted to see and appointments were running to time so no waiting (particularly important when you have to wait outyside in December!) . Appointment was for annual check up and vaccination which all went according to plan and a dental check was carried out as well. Everything was explained clearly and was very straightforward, so I was very satisfied.
