We have recently received our hot tub from Artesian Spas Uk Ltd. We purchased the Hawaii SE which has been perfect for our family of 3. The service provided was great and they answered any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Its still early days, but so far so good. My wife and i are very please with our purchase and so glad that we opted for the Hawaii over the smaller 2 person tub, which is what we initially was going to purchase. Great service, honest advice and most importantly a great quality hot tub. Fingers cross we have years of trouble free hot tubing , we now know where to come should we need more great advice, Thank you Artesian Spas.

If you're looking for a hot tub this is without a doubt the best place to go. The staff are amazing especially Sean at Doncaster so polite and helpful and of course there hot tubs are the best .....

Bought our new hot tub from Artesian and there was never any pushy sales person in store trying to get us to commit. They were very informative and patient and gave us a lot of helpful advice. Once we did commit it was very quick and easy and the guys carried out the installation quickly and efficiently and ran through the operation and care very well. The tub itself is great, well made, very quiet and easy to understand the controls....... If you're looking to get a hot tub I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Artesian Spas

Had our spa delivered and commissioned yesterday by 2 great friendly and professional guys. We thought it would be a squeeze getting it to its final resting place , but after a little strategic manipulation got through. In no time everything was fitted and running as expected. Sean was right, everything he said about the products and service being 1st class! So far, everything has been a pleasure from the first welcome to the showroom to our first relaxing soak in the tub. Feels good to be part of the 'Artesian family'
