I visited Pet’s Corner at Ditchling Garden Centre to get a coat for my dog. On arrival, we were warmly greeted to the store by both members of staff and advised to just ask if we needed any assistance. I requested help with measuring a coat for my dog Bella. Jack was so helpful with a very obvious love of animals. He was friendly yet professional, kind, patient and Bella quite happily let him try on different coats. Jack was the Store Manager. Such a credit to Pet’s Corner and deserves recognition for his exemplary customer service skills. I shall certainly be a regular customer in the future. Many thanks

Have been visiting this store regularly for the past six years and have always found the employees to be helpful, friendly, efficient and polite. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they can help and advise no matter what my questions have been. Would also choose to visit this store above anywhere and - there are nearer places I could use too, so thank you Ditchling.
needed help with gecko food, and assistant was so helpful with making suggestions for our new pet - very impressed as store was busy at the time
very helpful staff who gave us some good advice on things our puppy could chew like the yak milk bone and coffee wood stick which see,s had hours of chew time and still in one piece thank you
