First time ever parasailing, and I am so glad we chose these guys to do it with!! They were so nice and professional! They keep you safe, and make sure you do all the things to keep you safe and comfortable! It was extremely fun, and we will definitely be doing it again with the same people!

My daughter and I had an amazing time. Every person we met was friendly and helpful, love that they take out fewer people this doesn't seem like a huge deal at first, but it makes the trip so much more enjoyable. We bought the picture package and Tanner took about 100! Amazing pics! Whole trip was great they take you way up , it's beautiful! Glad we chose Sun Dogs great crew, price and felt like a personalized service!

It is sad to see a business owner fail to acknowledge their own mistakes. My father surprised me with parasailing at Sun Dogs for my birthday on July 30, 2019. He contacted the owner several weeks in advance to set up everything. Since it was my birthday, we had a very busy itinerary scheduled for that day. It was ruined. Our appt time was 10:15 am. As we were on our way to Destin, my dad got a text from the owner saying she needed to move our appt out to 11:30 am. We were disappointed but went along. Since we had no place to go, we arrived before 11 am and decided to wait. As my dad was paying, the owner informed him she would not be able to fit us into the 11:30 am group as she had promised. She asked us to wait around. Said she would get to us as soon as possible. We did not get out to the parasail boat until after 1 pm. Instead of just apologizing for the inconvenience, the owner recently responded to my father's review by suggesting it was not Sun Dogs that we sailed with. Or, that the delay must have been due to rain. That is complete nonsense. We have multiple pictures and gopro videos that clearly display us with Sun Dogs staff. I attached a picture of us harnessed below the Sun Dogs parasail. No lies folks. No photoshop trickery involved here. No rain delay either. Just an owner that must have overbooked and ran way behind. That was a huge inconvenience for us. In the future, it might be best to simply apologize for the inconvenience. Not pass the buck or insinuate we are liars. We didn't ask for a refund or anything. Just left an honest review. Thanks
